According to squatters’ rights, we’re pretty sure these kittens can legally claim the entire house at this point. They were living under the shed before the new hoomans even knew they existed, so technically, who moved into whose property here? Now they’ve made their way inside, established a strict daily zoomie schedule, and started treating every room like it belongs to them. We’re no pawyers, but this seems like a pretty strong case. Better start putting their names on the deed.

Straight to cute jail. Do not pass Go, do not collect $200, and absolutely do not try using those tiny innocent faces to get out of this. These little criminals have been charged with unlawful squatting, excessive 5 a.m. zoomies, and being way too adorable for their own good. Unfortunately, we don’t think they’re very sorry for any of it. Their sentence? A lifetime of treats, cuddles, cozy beds, and causing as much kitten chaos as their tiny hearts desire.

Nothing is funnier than looking at a cat and trying to figure out what could possibly be going through that tiny head. Are they planning their next round of zoomies? Thinking about dinner? Plotting the destruction of your favorite piece of furniture? Or is there simply not a single thought happening behind those big eyes? We may never know what goes on inside a kitty’s brain, but judging by some of their expressions, we’re probably better off not knowing.
